The Connecticut Huskies continued their Cinderella story run in the NCAA Championship Thursday night beating San Diego State University, 74-67.
Kemba Walker was once again outstanding. Walker scored 36 points; 22 of those point came in the second half. The 36 points ties a school record for most points in a NCAA tournament.
Up next for the Huskies, the winner of Duke and Arizona. I am hoping Arizona pulls out the win in that one and not for the reason I think they will be an easier opponent for the Huskies. I am simply tired of see DUKE this and DUKE that all over Facebook by these (bandwagon) fans.
Now that Texas is out of it, I am rooting for the Huskies to go all the way! And is it just me or does Walker get more and more impressive every game? He is such a presence on the court.
